3. Booking and Payments

• Pricing: All prices displayed on our site are in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
• Payment: Full payment or a deposit, as specified at the time of booking, is required to confirm your reservation. Payment methods accepted will be outlined during the booking process.

4. Cancellations and Amendments

It is solely your responsibility to ensure that you possess all necessary travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) and meet all health requirements for your chosen destination. Our agency cannot be held responsible for any loss or expense due to your failure to comply with these requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our travel agency acts as an agent for third-party suppliers. We are not liable for any acts, omissions, or failures on the part of these suppliers. We shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or expense whatsoever incurred by you howsoever caused, including without limitation, change of schedule, mechanical breakdown, government actions, weather, or other events beyond our direct control.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the services provided, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service from which the claim arose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images (including the 10 big size travel agency pictures), and software, is the property of our travel agency or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
